Welcome to Pike Road Junior High School! My name is Laken Harris, and I'm thrilled to be teaching 8th grade English Language Arts. I'm from Andalusia, AL and excited to be a new resident in Pike Road. This is my fourth year in the classroom and my first year teaching at PRJHS. I believe that all children are capable of learning, and I will use my knowledge and experience to educate my learners through engaging and meaningful project-based learning. I will provide a safe, comfortable environment where my learners can express themselves and reach their highest potential. I'm looking forward to a wonderful school year! Go Patriots!!
